*When applicable, free shipping offer applies to orders shipped to the continental United States ("lower 48"). This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories. We offer flat rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and the US territories (where UPS services are available).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING NOTICE

Orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM (ET) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) to guarantee same day shipping for all 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders.
Expedited orders placed between 1:00 PM (ET) Friday and Monday at 1PM EST will ship on Monday.
Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking #, if you have included your e-mail.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We make exchanges and returns easy! We aim to exceed your expectations and deliver great value with every garment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange or return any item that is unworn and in new condition within 30 days of purchase.*

To lookup your order, enter your order number that begins with “MC” and the shipping zip code of where your original order shipped.

In the next step you may request an exchange, refund, or store credit.

When you request an exchange, you will be asked what you would like to exchange for (different size, different color, or different product).

Print your shipping label and ship the item back to us.

Once we receive your return, your exchange will ship.

*Our extended holiday return window gives you until Jan. 31, 2024, to return items you purchase from Nov 1. – Dec. 31, 2023.

For refunds, please allow 7 – 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
