EXPEDITED SHIPPING NOTICE: Orders must be submitted by 1PM EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) to guarantee same day shipping for all 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders. Expedited orders placed between 1PM EST Friday and Monday at 1PM EST will ship on Monday. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking #, if you have included your e-mail. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
*When applicable, free shipping offer is via UPS Ground and applies to orders shipped to the continental United States ("lower 48"). This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories. We offer flat rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and the US territories (where UPS services are available).
Should you wish to exchange any item, please place a new order and send back your original order as a return. You will be refunded your original purchase price after it arrives in our warehouse in like-new, unworn condition. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to be credited to your card.
Madison Creek Outfitters wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return for any reason, we will refund you for any item that is unworn and like new condition.
